Laurel has a Bachelor of Journalism Honours from Carleton University and has spent time reporting on all three capitals of the Canadian Prairies. Career highlights include mentoring journalists in Monrovia, Liberia in May 2012, covering the Slave Lake wildfire and receiving a national RTDNA award for a feature about an RCMP task-force that attempts to get Edmonton prostitutes off the street.
Paul has worked for several national and international television stations for 20 years. Career highlights include following Canadian troops in war-torn Kosovo in 1999, flying in a Royal Canadian Air Force Snowbird and standing beside the Queen of England. He enjoys meeting interesting people with his career and when he is not working he is traveling the world in search of the next great dive spot.
