As an advocate for the Saskatchewan music industry, Taron showcases what can be achieved through passion, motivation, and community involvement.<\/p>\n

He’s made over 100 appearances on national news and local media (in print and on radio and TV) and helped shape the online voice of the Regina Symphony Orchestra<\/a> as their Creative Marketing & Promotions Manager while also sharing his social expertise with Breakout West<\/a>, the JUNO Awards<\/a>, MOSAIC<\/a>, Telemiracle<\/a> and the Gateway Music Festival<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He’s also a freelance writer for the Regina Leader-Post<\/a> and a public speaker and emcee for events such as the Regina Folk Festival<\/a> & Regina Downtown Summer Concert Series<\/a> plus has been a regular FACTOR<\/a> and Western Canadian Music Awards juror, judge for many local talent shows and a passionate ambassador for Music Heals Canada<\/a> (see his shirt?) and other music therapy initiatives.<\/p>\n

Named a member of the CBC Future 40 – forty leaders, success stories and change makers in Saskatchewan under the age of 40, he’s received six Prairie Dog magazine<\/a> “Best of Regina” nominations over the years for Best Twitterer, Best Facebook Friend and Best Music Scene Supporter.<\/p>\n
