Doug and his wife Karla have four beautiful daughters. Doug and the Ford family have been life-long residents of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Etobicoke\" title=\"Eticoke Wikipedia page\" target=\"_blank\">Etobicoke<\/a>, where they have been highly involved in their community.<\/p>\n<p>Following in his father\u2019s footsteps, Doug has worked to give back to the community that he calls home. He was a member of the Toronto West Rotary Club for over twenty years, serving as Treasurer, Vice President and eventually as President. For his service, Doug was awarded the Paul Harris Fellow Award, the highest award bestowed to a Rotarian for outstanding service to the community. The Rotary motto of \u201cService Above Self\u201d is one that the Ford family seeks to live by.<\/p>\n<p>He is the President of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.decolabels.com\/\" title=\"Deco Labels website\" target=\"_blank\">Deco Labels &amp; Tags<\/a>, which employs 250 people in Toronto, Chicago and New Jersey. Under the leadership of the Ford brothers, Deco is committed to being one of the premier label companies in the printing industry. Working with suppliers and staff, they look to achieve the most cost-effective method to deliver their products to customers on a consistent basis, without sacrificing quality or service.<\/p>\n<p>In 1999 Doug opened Deco\u2019s first U.S. division in Chicago. In the first five years Deco\u2019s Chicago business grew significantly and they moved four times to larger facilities. In 2008 Doug purchased a failing company in N.J. and successfully turned it into one of Deco\u2019s most vibrant locations.
